Saturday: Apple Kid Duathalon

Hey!
Today I'm signing up for the Apple Kid Duathalon! You have to run 1/2 a mile, bike 7 miles, then run 1/2 another mile. It's not that bad, and my dad made me a practicing schedule. I have to run around the block 1 time, bike around the block 5 timed, then run around the block another time. I bike one more lap every day. So tommorow I bike 6 times around the block. It'll be hard work, but it'll be worth it when I win! Ha, ha, ha!
